Project Highlight

Rebranding and Multiple Brand Initiatives with Resource Allocation at BaubleBar

During BaubleBar’s rebranding, I was tasked with managing limited resources to execute multiple initiatives simultaneously. These included rebranding efforts, launching a new product line, and improving the brand's visual storytelling through photography and digital channels. With a small team and a tight budget, prioritization was key to ensuring we achieved maximum impact while aligning with the brand’s strategic goals of professionalism, quality, and market growth.

By aligning priorities with strategic goals and leveraging both creative and operational solutions, I ensured maximum impact despite the resource limitations, helping position BaubleBar as a leader in its category.

    1. Limited Team Resources: A small team of designers and photographers needed to deliver on multiple high-priority projects.

    2. Budget Constraints: A need to maximize impact within strict financial parameters.

    3. Tight Deadlines: Deadlines for the new product launch coincided with the rebranding rollout, adding pressure to deliver quickly and efficiently.

    • Alignment with Brand Goals: Ensured each initiative contributed to BaubleBar’s transformation into a professional, high-end brand.

    • Impact on Consumer Perception: Prioritized projects that would directly influence how customers experienced the brand (e.g., product imagery, packaging design).

    • Long-Term Sustainability: Dedicated time to training internal staff to sustain the rebranding efforts beyond the immediate campaign, creating lasting impact.

    • Timelines: Scheduled tasks to align with critical deadlines, ensuring simultaneous execution without overwhelming the team.

    1. Assessing Strategic Importance:

      • Identified the initiatives most closely aligned with BaubleBar’s core objectives of establishing a high-quality, professional brand presence, and driving sales.

      • Prioritized rebranding efforts and the product launch, as both were essential to BaubleBar’s positioning in a competitive market.

    2. Analyzing ROI Potential:

      • Evaluated the potential impact of each initiative on revenue and brand perception.

      • Channeled resources toward the product launch’s marketing campaign, which had clear short-term revenue potential, while integrating elements of the rebranding to reinforce the updated identity.

    3. Resource Allocation Across Teams:

      • Focused the design team on creating high-impact visual assets for the product launch, while the photography team worked on establishing new brand guidelines through test shoots and training.

      • Established a cross-functional workflow to maximize efficiency, ensuring deliverables were cohesive and aligned with the rebrand.

    4. Leveraging Scalable Solutions:

      • Adopted tools and templates for faster design execution, reducing time spent on repetitive tasks.

      • Outsourced non-essential tasks like minor retouching to freelance partners, freeing the internal team to focus on high-value creative work.

    1. Successful Rebranding Rollout:

      • Delivered a cohesive visual identity that elevated BaubleBar’s perception as a high-quality brand.

    2. Impactful Product Launch:

      • The new product line exceeded sales expectations, with a 20% increase in revenue compared to previous launches.

    3. Improved Team Efficiency:

      • Streamlined processes resulted in a 25% reduction in turnaround time for creative deliverables.

    4. Long-Term Gains:

      • The photography studio setup and staff training ensured the brand maintained consistency in visual storytelling, contributing to sustained growth and professionalism.

BaubleBar — Rebrand

BaubleBar — Rebrand

BaubleBar is a fashion accessories brand known for its trendy, affordable, and customizable jewelry. The company offers a wide range of products, including statement earrings, personalized necklaces, and bracelets, often designed to reflect current fashion trends. With a focus on fun, colorful designs, BaubleBar has gained popularity for its unique pieces and collaborations with popular brands and influencers.

During BaubleBar's rise in popularity, I spearheaded the rebranding efforts to elevate the brand's image and align it with its growing audience. As BaubleBar transitioned from a trendy, accessible brand to a more established player in the fashion industry, I focused on refining the visual identity, emphasizing sophistication and high-quality craftsmanship. This involved updating the logo, photography, and overall brand messaging to reflect a more polished, premium aesthetic while still maintaining BaubleBar’s signature playful and bold style. The rebranding helped solidify BaubleBar’s reputation as a high-end, fashion-forward accessories brand.

BaubleBar — Photography

After successfully rebranding BaubleBar to refine their image, I remained with the team to set up their photography studio and ensure a smooth transition to the new brand identity. I worked closely with the photographers and designers, providing hands-on training to help them understand and apply the new branding guidelines across visual assets. This involved everything from overseeing photography concepts to ensuring consistency in design, reinforcing the brand’s new elevated but approachable aesthetic.
